The closing date for the return of PQQs is 1st March 2013 (15.00hrs) GMT.
This is a two stage restricted procedure with a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) as the first stage. Suppliers who are short listed will be taken forward to stage two which will be the invitation to tender stage (ITT).
