City of Lincoln Council is seeking expressions of interests from suitably experienced and competent contractors who wish to participate in the Council’s Plastering Services Contract 2015-2020. The works will require a dedicated single supplier for all the plastering requirements for the Council’s directly employed and contracted responsive maintenance workforce. The works will be carried out mainly on occupied domestic rented properties and offices premises. The contract will be for a total period of 5 years and will be awarded on an initial 3 year period with 2 further extensions available of 1 year extensions.

City of Lincoln Council is seeking expressions of interests from suitably experienced and competent contractors who wish to participate in the Council’s Plastering Services Contract 2015-2020. The works will require a dedicated single supplier for all the plastering requirements for the Council’s directly employed and contracted responsive maintenance workforce. The works will be carried out mainly on occupied domestic rented properties and offices premises. The contract will be for a total period of 5 years and will be awarded on an initial 3 year period with 2 further extensions available of one year extensions. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
