The University holds a number of endowment funds which have been established over a number of years for the purpose of providing long term benefits for specific student and departmental activities. The funds have been invested in equity and fixed interest capital market stocks, and are currently held in 2 separate portfolios (one for a single large donation, and one for all other endowments), which are managed by an external investments manager.
The University now wishes to re-tender for the position of external investments manager for it’s endowment portfolios; it is the University’s intention that only one manager will be appointed to manage its investments.
