For lots 1, 2, and 4 we will take a minimum of 5 suppliers through to the second stage which will be the request for proposal. For lot 3 we will take a minimum of 2 suppliers through to the second stage which will be the request for proposal. We reserve the right to drop suppliers from the shortlist who do not achieve a minimum score of 80 % or who fail to positively answer our gateway questions. We reserve the right either award lots 1 and 2 and not to award to lot 4. Or to award lot 4 and not lots 1 and 2.
