The Wallace Collection is a national museum in a prestigious Grade II listed building in central London, open to the public 7 days a week. In 25 galleries are unsurpassed displays of French 18 century painting, furniture and porcelain with superb Old Master paintings and a world class armoury. In addition, the Collection has prestigious conservation, learning and exhibition programmes.
The contracting authority seeks provision of maintenance services for all building services installed within the Wallace Collection.

This is a 3 year contract with the possibility of 2, one-year extensions.
The contract is for the provision of planned and reactive maintenance services on all building services installed within the Wallace Collection, London.
The Contractor will be required to provide high calibre maintenance operative(s) to support the in house management team in order to ensure effective, reliable and efficient operation of all building services systems and plant.
Estimated value (excluding VAT) 120 000 GBP per annum.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 360 000 GBP
