King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) invites expression of interest from all suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers to provide an open access minor illness/primary care service to be co-located with the Emergency Department on the KCHFT site. Providers must have an established practice and experienced in providing Primary Medical Service (PMS) or General Medical Service (GMS) in the local community or be in a partnership that includes a holder of a local PMS or GMS. Memorandum Of Information (MOI), Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). All Bidders have the opportunity to attend a Bidder Launch Event being held on the 12.12.2014 at Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill, SE5 9RS. The event is to give a broad overview of the scheme being procured and to help bidders understand and complete the PQQ document. Places are strictly limited to a maximum of 2 attendees per organisation and will be available on a first come first served basis.
