1. Evidence of 3 years previous experience of supplying quantities of printed tickets, in multiple formats, equal to, or in excess of 300,00 per year.
2. Evidence and examples of delivering quality printing in all formats, credit card style in single or fanfol format, thermally coated tickets and scratchcards.
3. Proven experience of direct delivery to specified locations within agreed timescales.
4. Demonstrate flexibility in standard delivery deadlines.
5. Evidence in the form of case studies and/or practical examples of working with clients to determine the most appropriate and best value print solution.
6. Evidence of excellent client relationship management.
7. Evidence of the quality assurance checks applied to all goods supplied under existing contracts prior to delivery.
8. Evidence of working to current environmental standards, such as ISO 14001.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Expressions of interest will be evaluated against the minimum standards set out in III.2.2 and 2.3 above, if the number of candidates remain above the maximum set of 5 they will be evaluated on a scored assessment for technical capacity, full details of which are included in the documentation for this tender available on our website at www.sypte.co.uk/contracts and the 5 highest scoring candidates will be invited.
