Description of the contract

Prospective Grant Recipients are required to submit applications for grant with proposals on how they plan to utilise the grant to develop models/interventions that would be effective in reducing the disproportionality seen in some of our prisons. Those models will need to consider resource implications in prisons and ensure lessons learnt are transferable (wherever possible) to other protected characteristics beyond race.
