The provision of a private medical insurance scheme for Bank employees, their dependants, and

any eligible pensioners and dependants. Administration and insurance services will be required to

support a scheme for 3 640 members of staff of whom are based in the UK (with 1000 dependants

and 600 pensioners with 900 dependants).
