Caterers must have experience in providing a food service provision to Primary Schools. A strong local management, presence within the area and the ability to provide local purchasing will be very important.

Menus that comply to the Soil Association Bronze accreditation would considered as a given, with the aspiration for the Silver accreditation as a short term goal.

So a partner who can tailor menus, develop dining experiences, create lasting food memories that engages all School stakeholders will be an essential requirement.
