We are inviting tenderers to submit their bids for contracts to deliver professional learning services for teachers in the UK. The contracts will be awarded under the British Council Connecting Classrooms Programme 2015-18. The programme focus will be on improving teaching of core skills that young people need for their future.
A variety of contracts are available covering all areas of the United Kingdom and working with training materials on 6 core skills defined by the British Council. The core skills are: critical thinking and problem solving, communication and collaboration, citizenship, creativity and imagination, digital literacy and student leadership and personal development.
This contract will be split into 6 Lots:
— Lot 1 Delivery of professional learning services for teachers in the UK related to teaching ‘critical thinking and problem solving’;
— Lot 2 Delivery of professional learning services for teachers in the UK related to teaching ‘Citizenship’;
— Lot 3 Delivery of professional learning services for teachers in the UK related to teaching ‘Communication and collaboration’;
— Lot 4 Delivery of professional learning services for teachers in the UK related to teaching ‘Digital literacy’;
— Lot 5 Delivery of professional learning services for teachers in the UK related to teaching ‘Creativity and imagination’;
— Lot 6 Delivery of professional learning services for teachers in the UK related to teaching ‘Student leadership and personal development’.
