Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority are seeking to appoint a consultant to carry out the following services in relation to its Transformation Programme (which will involve the redevelopment, remodelling and and extension of existing fire stations at Biddulph and Stafford):
— Project Management Services,
— Surveyor,
— Budget and initial cost flow planning,
— Manage planning process,
— Manage the procurement of a contractor for the fire station at Biddulph and the fire station and life skills centre at Stafford; and
— Act as CDM-C and Contract Administrator under the resulting contractor’s JCT D&B contract.

Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority reserve the right to cancel the tender process at any stage for any reason; and/or to amend the terms and conditions of the tender process. Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority reserves the right to withdraw from the tendering process at any stage or to vary the scope of the products and services required and Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority shall not be liable to any Tenderer as a result of this action.
