The property legal services are required to give advice on an ad-hoc basis for all estate management issues, including legal title, property management, rights of third parties, contractual arrangements, leases, licences, dispute resolution, litigation, dilapidation claims, repair liabilities and general commercial and residential property advice. This will include the provision of legal advice and services for the acquisition and disposal of property interests.
The construction legal services will be regularly required to support the in-house staff and to ensure that all works are delivered to a consistently high standard, on time and to budget. This will require ad-hoc construction contract related advice in relation to issues such as contract type, dispute resolution and insolvency.
