Business support to Small to Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurs through a range of workshops, one-to-one support and local business collaboration. The successful tenderer will develop and deliver all training material and programmes of activity. The contract will be split into 2 category areas: Transition Area (Telford and Wrekin, Shropshire) and More Developed Area (Herefordshire). The contract is part funded by the European Development Fund (ERDF) and the support provided will operate under the de minimis state aid regulation.
