The appointed Supplier will be responsible for the management, co-ordination and operation of the Services at the University.
The Supplier shall work with the University in developing special menus and revising existing menus and/or product ranges to support promotions, functions and other events.
The Supplier shall be required to provide imaginative, innovative and varied menu offers in keeping with the style and design of each facility.

Range: between 30 000 000 and 32 000 000 GBP

This is a procurement for services specified in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as those covered by the Light Touch Regime (LTR). The University has advertised within OJEU, in accordance with the the EU Public Procurement regime and to conduct the procurement process in an open and fair manner so as to increase competition.
The procurement exercise will be conducted in accordance with regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (adapted) and the information contained in the Invitation to Tender and associated documents.
