Thurrock Council is seeking a contractor for the provision of housing concierge services at 2 main locations within the Borough, comprising Chadwell St Mary High Rise tenanted blocks in Godman Road, Chadwell St Mary and 2 extra care facilities located at Piggs Corner Sheltered Housing Scheme, Southend Road, Grays.
There may also be a requirement for concierge services at other Council sites, either housing or other, during the contract term, however take up of this option will be subject to demand and is not guaranteed in any amount, or at all.

Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) must be submitted by the deadline stated within Section IV.3.4) of this Notice which is 12:00 noon on Friday, 12.2.2016.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) must be submitted by the deadline as stated in Section IV 3.4) of this Notice.
Under the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 the contracting authority must consider:
