Scottish Enterprise on behalf of the NDEP partnership is seeking to establish a framework to develop themes, content and deliver a series of digital technology workshops as part of the programme. The framework will comprise 5 lots.
The National Digital Engagement Programme (NDEP) has been developed by Scottish Enterprise (SE), Business Gateway National Unit (BGNU), Highland and Islands Enterprise (HIE) and Business Gateways (BGs) on behalf of DSBEP. The principle aim of NDEP is to raise awareness, knowledge and assist adoption of digital technology as it affects SMEs, to enable them to enter new markets, trade internationally and increase business efficiencies and indirectly increasing staff.
Digital Scotland is a partnership made up of private, public and voluntary organisations throughout Scotland who work together to deliver a wide variety of digital programmes and projects. The partnership’s shared goal is ensuring that Scotland is positioned to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the digital age.
Digital Scotland’s Business Excellence Partnership (DSBEP) was established by Scottish Government following the recommendations made in the Digital Economy Review (May 2013). The partnership includes Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, Business Gateway/Cosla, Scotland IS, Skills Development Scotland and Scottish Development International. The DSBEP programme is managed by Scottish Enterprise on behalf of the partnership. A key objective of the Business Programme is to strengthen the breadth of digital support by developing a range of national projects aimed at reaching more companies.
It is envisaged that this contract will commence December 2015 until December 2016 with the opportunity to extend for 1 additional year
