The University of Portsmouth has issued a call for competition for Expressions of Interest to be submitted by interested Economic Operators for the provision of external document storage.
The University of Portsmouth (UoP) currently has approx. 7 400 boxes (correct as of Aug 2015) in external file storage. The current contract will expire at the end of October 2016. In accordance with standard University procurement policy and to ensure best value for money, the provision of external document storage is now being re-tendered for a 5 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
UoP is seeking a supplier that can provide secure, off-site physical storage and, in relation to those items stored, also provide:
Records management services;
Comprehensive warehouse/inventory software;
Management information reporting;
Transportation;
Customer support.
This is the PQQ stage. Please only complete the PQQ document and not the ITT. The University will look to short-list to a min. of 5 suppliers. Short-listed suppliers will then be sent the final ITT.
