The Merseyside OPCC is committed to preventing incidents of domestic abuse and providing support services to victims, including: * Counselling and therapeutic support (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), talking therapies (in group or one to one setting) and, /or family intervention support. *. Promotion of healthy relationships through awareness raising and support. * Provision of early interventions identifying triggers/factors linking to disclosure to ensure children and young people don’t reach crisis point before they are identified and referred to services. * Effective risk assessment and referrals to other specialist providers such as housing, health etc. * Link to services for young perpetrators such and bespoke domestic violence awareness programmes.
