NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Harrow Council are seeking to commission a targeted Children and Young People’s Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service for its registered population.
The service is to be innovative and flexible, offering short to medium term intervention, preventing further escalation of the child/young person’s needs and enabling them to be empowered and more resilient. The service will offer a range of therapeutic short to medium term interventions including but not exhaustive of:
— Direct clinical 1:1 therapy CBT/Psychotherapy/DBT;
— Group counselling;
— Music/art/drama therapy;
— Advice/support to parents/carers/professionals involved with the children and young people.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Contract to be offered to the successful Bidder will run from 1.4.2017 until 31.3.2019 with the possibility of one extension of up to one year. The anticipated, maximum total contract value including potential extensions is 3 340 000 GBP with an annual value between 540 000 GBP— 1 080 000 GBP.
The Service to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. As such, the procurement of the Service is being run as a bespoke, one-stage application process akin to the Open Procedure and will be advertised on both Contract Finder and in OJEU.
