The FCA End User Computing service includes the provision and support of a secure and consistent end user IT environment, supporting services such as Client and Mobile Devices, Office Suite Applications, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Communication and Messaging, Audio Visual Systems and on-site User Support.
The FCA requires an IT Service Desk that will be the technical point of contact with the IT end user. It will take ownership across the lifecycle for Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment and Service Requests whilst collaborating with all of the FCA’s suppliers of IT services.

The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise and reserves the right to use a reverse auction.
