List and brief description of conditions:

A Qualifying Questionnaire (“Questionnaire”) is supplied as part of the documentation requiring completion. The questionnaire will be assessed on the basis of pass/fail criteria. Those tenderers who fail to pass the questionnaire will not be evaluated under Stage 2. Babcock reserves the right to use 3rd party credit reference tools in its assessment of tenderer suitability. Under Stage 2 tenderer’s submissions will be assessed and ranked according to the following evaluation model: Quality and technical criteria 60 %, Price 40 %. Further details are provided in the procurement documents.
