The service will be procured through Open Tender, and subject to satisfactory conclusion of the process, the intent is to contract for the operational service for a period of 4 years.
There will be a formal review at the end of the definition phase. Subject to acceptance of the definition phase deliverables and University approval, the project will progress to implementation and ongoing service.
