II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The SPS requires a supplier to provide the following services at their 16 sites across Scotland:
— the on-site storage,
— treatment and subsequent off-site disposal of all organic waste (food and green waste).
This procurement will follow the EU Open procedure. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to tender (ITT) (including the European Single procurement document) will be published by SPS on the Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) website. This will be made available to all bidders and contain full information on the specific requirements of the contract, the pricing model and the evaluation method.

The bidder is enrolled in the relevant professional or trade registers kept in the Members State of its establishment (as described in Schedule 5 of the Public contracts(Scotland) Regulations 2015).

For the purpose of evaluating financial ratios, please provide a copy of the last 2 years audited accounts information.

The service provider shall be capable and have experience of the delivery of the required service. Bidders are to provide a summary of 2 projects (delivered in the last 5 years) where they have provided the same range of services that covers the requirements of this Contract.
The service provider will be required to have valid Disclosure Scotland certificates (Basic).
