Invest NI wishes to establish a framework agreement with specialist Public Relations/Press Photographic Contractors for the provision of photographic services. The primary focus will be on the delivery of PR based photography for use by the Invest NI Press Office in the NI media and occasionally in media markets outside NI and online. This will also include the provision of stock photography for publications and marketing materials developed by the wider communications team within Invest NI.
This framework agreement will be divided into 2 separate Lots and tenderers may bid for 1 or both Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated independently of 1 another with the result that there will be a maximum 3 Contractors appointed to each lot. Please note a Contractor may be appointed to more than 1 Lot.
The Lots under this framework agreement are as follows:
1. Lot 1 — Photography services for ministerial events under the scope of this lot.
The Contractor (s) shall provide an effective and efficient photography service at ministerial events which will include, but may not be limited to job announcements, company openings, key invest NI events where Ministerial attendance is required. The outputs of the services provided under this lot may vary depending on business need.
The Contractor must follow and adhere to all Ministerial protocols being aware of political sensitivities following the photography brief provided by Invest NI to ensure excellent photography is issued with Ministerial press releases from events.
This will include working with the Minister’s press office and Invest NI staff where appropriate at the event to ensure that Invest NI’s key messages are communicated successfully.
Lot 2 — Photography services for other events under the scope of this lot.
The Contractor(s) shall provide a photography service at Invest NI events accompanying press releases with photography taken at various locations including Invest NI headquarters. The outputs of the services provided under this Lot may vary depending on business need. This support service will be drawn on a need only basis enabling the Invest NI communications group to sustain high levels of awareness raising activity amongst appropriate audiences. This activity is directly in support of the delivery of the Annual Operating Plan, Invest NI’s Corporate Plan and ultimately Performance Against Programme for Government Targets.
