Description of the contract

The Authority wish to purchase 25 Body Worn Video Cameras, with software and necessary cables and connections so that they can be connected to a standalone PC. The software needs to include editing of the video footage functions, functions which manage the footage stored on the PC and this should also include the ability to restrict access or prevent altering the saved footage without authorisation. The procurement is in support of a 6 month pilot exercise using Body Worn Video cameras with our operational Immigration Compliance and Enforcement teams. Potential Providers must first be registered on the Government Procurement Service e-Sourcing Suite. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at by following the link ‘Register for GPS eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage.
