Description of the goods or services required

South Lanarkshire Council currently uses various methods to finance their assets, including purchasing, PPP, finance lease and operating lease.

The Council requires comprehensive and independent specialist advice to assist with the leasing process from option appraisal through the tender and selection process to portfolio and end of lease management.

The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for one year at the Council’s discretion.
