Hertfordshire County Council are currently out to procurement for the provision of Driver Training Courses.
The Procurement is split into 6 separate Lots:
Lot 1 — National Speed Awareness Course.
Lot 2 — National Whats Driving Us Course.
Lot 3 — National Driver Alertness Course.
Lot 4 — National Driving for Change Course.
Lot 5 — National Rider Intervention Course.
Lot 6 — Motorway Courses.
This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to ‘express interest’ which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
The deadline for Expressions of Interest is Thursday 3.12.2015
To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12 noon on Thursday 3.12.2015.

The estimated total value of the Framework Agreement is as follows

Lot 3 between 80 000 GBP — 89 600 GBP
Lot 4 between 16 000 GBP — 17 920 GBP
Lot 5 between 4 000 GBP — 4 480 GBP
Lot 6 between 48 000 GBP — 53 760 GBP
and is for a term of 4 years. For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of the Framework Agreement will be approximately between 300 000 GBP and 336 000 GBP.
The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a term of 4 years. Please note that the requirements of the Framework Agreement will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands. In addition, there will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant Framework Agreement and the Council will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under this Framework Agreement.
