B. The Onboarding of new hires into the Organisation.
C. The transfer of new hires on to our Core HR ERO system (SAP) through automatic data integration.
D. The use of a Pool for talent management.
E. The provision of an electronic end to end Recruitment process to third party partner organisations who procure recruitment services through our Shared Service Centre.

The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise and reserves the right to use a reverse auction.
Whilst Surrey is interested in procuring this application for itself, it is also interested in using this application to provide recruitment services to third parties.
These third parties may include Local Authorities and Public Sector Bodies throughout the administrative area of the South East of England as defined as:
