Description of the contract
Somerset County Council, Resources for Learning are tendering for the provision of literacy support to schools within Somerset, via a framework agreement. Predominantly used by primary schools, the service will provide: A range of support, information and guidance for literacy that will assist with literacy planning and delivery, the provision of resources and access to training and workshops.
Resources for Learning are looking for innovative solutions to provide efficiencies, savings and added value within this service.
The framework agreement will consist of a range of providers offering literacy support services to schools throughout Somerset where services/goods can be called off throughout the life of the agreement at previously agreed terms and conditions. Please Note – There is no predetermined level of business for any supplier within the agreement.
It is anticipated that the agreement will be for the duration of one year from 1st September 2012, with a possible extension of one further year.
