Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Addenbrooke’s Hospital) requires the supply and Provision of Prepared Sandwiches. Acting as lead contracting authority, Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust wishes to establish this Framework for the Trust and other NHS bodies in the UK including (but not limited to) all NHS Acute trusts, all NHS Mental health trusts, all NHS Foundation Trusts and all Primary Care Trusts (and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes in relation to all these types of bodies). The framework will also be available for all newly formed or merged NHS Trusts.

Tenderers may be required to provide a guarantee from their ultimate holding company and collateral warranties to funders and other participants, and will be required to provide evidence of professional indemnity insurance for a t least 5 000 000 GBP for each and every claim.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Requests to participate to be submitted outlining the following, Proof of membership of professional bodies, proof of previous experiences of supplying the Supply and Provision of Prepared Sandwiches to other acute hospitals over the last 3 years, stating the nature of the contract and the cost of supply, Client references which verify previous experience of supplying Prepared Sandwiches within an acute hospital environment, Annual turnover and profit for the last 3 years. Confirmation that the applicant is not insolvent or bankrupt and that no proceedings have been instigated against the aplicant which may lead to insolvency or bankruptcy.
