This contract is a non exclusive Framework Agreement with Economic Operator(s) to provide behavioural based safety training services to support shale reservoir evaluations and associated services required for Company’s shale programme in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria and Lithuania. Economic Operators must be in a position to provide the services as and when required by Company. Call –offs against the Framework Agreement will be issued to the provider with the most economically advantageous Framework Agreement and Company will use the same criteria as stated in the Framework Agreement and Company will use the same criteria as stated in the Framework Agreement invitation to tender. Only where the terms laid down in the Framework Agreement are not enough for a particular call of will Company hold a mini-competition with all the providers awarded a Framework Agreement and capable of meeting the particular needs against the terms and conditions of the agreed Framework Agreement. The behavoural based safety training services may include either or all the requirements below, as one single Framework Agreement or separate Framework Agreements that might be awarded to different Economic Operators. Preference will be given to Economic Operators who can provide the most from the list of services below.

Economic operator capable of assisting Company as required in providing specialist safety training which includes but is not limited to behavioral based safety training. This shall include all necessary personnel and coaches complete with materials required for training. Ecomomic operators shall possess at least 5 years experience.
