To provide Norfolk County Council with reliable, appropriately trained and qualified temporary agency workers in the following areas:
1. Administrative and clerical personnel.
2. Drivers including those qualified to provide winter maintenance services.
The contract will be for 3 years with the right for Norfolk County Council to extend the Contract for 1 year plus a further 1 year.

The Council does not guarantee any minimum level of expenditure under this contract. The estimate contract values above have been calculated as follows:
1. The lower figure is based on a term of 3 years and on the spend through the current contract.
2. The higher figure is based on the maximum extension to the contract being granted making the contract length 5 years and on the spend through the current contract.
The following organisations wiill be allowed to place orders through the contract. These are:
— South Norfolk District Council;
— Breckland District Council;
— Borough Councils in Norfolk;
— All District Councils in Norfolk;
— Norwich City Council.
An event will be held on 7th January to explore the Council’s plans further. The event will provide an opportunity for potential providers to find out more about the requirement. It will also give the opportunity for Norfolk County Council to explore options for the proposed arrangements to help it to finalise its procurement plans.
Places will be limited to two people per organisation (to be limited to one if numbers become unmanageable). If you are interested in this opportunity you are advised to attend the event.
