Location where the contract is to be carried out: Inner London Travel is required to meet with Commisison staff based in Central London (Drummond Gate), Liverpool, Taunton, Newport (Wales). Other nationwide travel may be required to meet with stakeholders in other organisations.

Description of the contract

The Charity Commission needs to leverage better its existing data and make links to new data to support the regulatory aspects of our work. Specifically, we must look at improving our capacity to validate an individuals’ fitness to act as trustees, and strategically profile individual charities against risk profiles to identify those the Commission may need to investigate or monitor more carefully. The appointed supplier will support us with our Data Mining Project. This work looks at building data products and changing our processes to enable more effective risk profiling of individual trustees and charities.
