II.1.4)Short description:

Public health nursing consists of health visiting and school nursing services which historically have been commissioned through 2 separate specifications and 2 separate contracts. From 1.8.2020, these services will combine into a single 0-19 public health nursing service, (the service) with no division between services for 0-4 and 5-19-years old. To support the shift in delivery and break away from previously held expectations, we envisage a rebranding and relaunch of the service. We expect the provider to enable this differentiation through any branding and communications. This will provide an opportunity for the transformation of 0-19 services, which will improve outcomes and maximise use of resources for all children and young people and their families living within the boundaries of Hampshire County Council and the Isle of Wight.
