Joint and several liability. Should the successful tenderer be a consortium of companies, the lead partner will be responsible for completing the commission on behalf of the consortium and all payments will be made to the lead partner for services rendered by the consortium. This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system ‘capitalESourcing’ (url: www.capitalesourcing.com) . Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate, and registration is free.

The Contract Period is for a period of 3 years beginning on or around 10 August 2015. The Council, at is absolute discretion, will have the option to extend the Contract Period for any period or periods up to 3 years, making a possible total Contract Period of 6 years.
