We are looking to raise our profile in key countries to aid student recruitment.
Edinburgh Napier University is seeking external consultants or agencies that can provide the following services in Hong Kong (lots 1 & 2), India (lot 3), Singapore (lot 4) and North America (lot 5).
Media relations.
Public Affairs/Government Relations.
Digital marketing (note that search engine marketing is out with the scope of this contract as this is currently being delivered separately).
Offline marketing.
The services are broken down into lots and companies may bid for multiple lots. The expectation is that there will be only one supplier for each lot.

1)Short description
We are looking to hold a photography exhibition in New York of a high profile and very successful Edinburgh Napier University photography graduate we require.
Pro-active media relations to generate publicity both before and during the exhibition in media in New York, surrounding areas and trade media (online and offline).
We would anticipate that this will include a media launch event.
Re-active media relations service in the lead-up to and during the exhibition to manage enquiries from American media (online, broadcast and print) about the exhibition, photographer and Edinburgh Napier University.
Sponsorship support, including helping to source an American media partner.
Support for the launch event including compilation of VIP guest list and media relations.
