Justification for a framework agreement, the duration of which exceeds four years: AHDB is made up of divisions which function separately from one another. The organisation is undergoing a review with regards to cross sector workings and structure. This may impact on marketing strategies going forward. Whilst this review proceeds, each division has its own cycle of PR campaigns that require uninterrupted services for the duration. For these reasons above, we have decided that the 5 year framework cycle will allow for the organisational review and PR campaigns to proceed more efficiently.
