Description of the goods or services required

NHC is seeking to appoint an agency to carry out the public relations activity for its new Dale Farm facility.

PR support is required from March to August 2013.

This role will complement in-house activity and existing relationships with press titles, and will work alongside the Marketing Officer.

– Build on lead generation with an increase of 25% in enquiries for equestrian courses in 2013/14 and 30% in 2014/15

– Secure widespread coverage on a local, regional and national level with a minimum of six stand-out pieces between March and August 2013 in a range of media (both on and offline) to sustain interest in Dale Farm as a desirable destination to study.

– Position Dale Farm as distinctive, forward thinking and evolving to suit the needs of equestrian and land use organisations and prospective students in these areas.

– Reinforce the reputation of the facility and courses in key sectors and markets.

– Monitoring and reporting on all Dale Farm media coverage, providing summarised monthly reports to the NHC Marketing Officer.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

As the supplier will work in partnership with North Highland College to deliver the required services they should be able to demonstrate capability in the following areas:

1) Experience in providing creative direction.

2) Experience of project and budget management.

3) Experience of tactical public relations, communications and media management.

4) Experience of public sector marketing projects with multiple stakeholders.
