The housing stock is contained within the Borough of Cheltenham and total approximately 5 000 dwellings of which approximately 50 % are contained within blocks no higher than five storeys.
In brief, this tender includes for:
— Providing windows and doors that meet all requirements of the Contract Documents;
— Providing a comprehensive specification and design advisory service to assist CBH with the selection of window and door styles;
— Undertaking compliance and measurement surveys;
— Providing a first class installation service including the removal and disposal of existing units;
— Provision of a comprehensive quality auditing system;
— Provision of computerised ‘as-installed’ product schedules.

Description of these options: It is anticipated that he Contracts Period shall be for an initial period of 4 years 3 months assuming the Anticipated Commencement Dates is achieved and the form of contract shall be the JCT Measured Term contract. CBH will be the Contract Administrator and CBC the Employer.
Anticipated Commencement Date — January 2016.
Expiry Date — 31.3.2020.
The Employer shall have an option — extend the Contract Period by up to a further 3 years, subject to continued satisfactory annual performance reviews and by mutual agreement with the Contractor. Should the Employer choose to exercise this option then the Expiry Dates will be as follows:
Expiry Dates — 1st annual extension (as amended) — 31.3.2023.
