The Trust has a requirement for Quantity Surveying services to support its capital programme until March 2021.
The Trust intends to appoint a single provider of Quantity Surveying services for the next 5 year capital programme concluding in March 2021 for all schemes with a total project value of 5 000 000 GBP or less. Schemes over this value will be individually tendered.
The detail of specific schemes that will comprise the capital programme are not yet decided, however the scale of funding included in the Trust’s Medium Term Capital Programme is 55 000 000 GBP over the 5 year period. It should be noted that at this point the full 5 year capital programme is not fully defined and the Trust makes no commitment to fully achieve the level of spend anticipated.
The Medium Term Capital Programme comprises both operational and strategic capital schemes.
