The supply, installation, commissioning and on-going maintenance of a Queue Management System (QMS) as described in the procurement documents. The QMS is to be installed in the Customer Service Centre at Kensington Town Hall and be operational by May 2017.

Supply, installation, commissioning and on-going maintenance of a Queue Management System (QMS). The QMS is to be installed in the Customer Service Centre at Kensington Town Hall and be operational by May 2017. Maintenance services are to be provided until 2020. There is provision for a 12 month extension.
