Radian are an award winning organisation, employing over 1 200 staff, providing nearly 21 000 affordable homes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, Sussex, and Wiltshire; and providing care and support to over 450 people across the South East, through Radian Support.
Radian are seeking to put in place a framework to undertake construction works on the development programme on sites which will be throughout the geographical area in which it operates. We are looking for a wide range and number of partners who will be able to work with us to deliver our future programme. Schemes range in size from a few individual homes through to 100 plus homes on an individual site.

Radian have a target to deliver 600 homes per year through a mixed approach including S106, own build, regeneration / major developments and small scale, infill schemes across their whole geographical region. Radian anticipate in the region of 300 homes per year being delivered through this framework at a value of about approximately 36 000 000 GBP pa.

Description of particular conditions: Regulation 58 contains discretionary criteria. All mandatory conditions and pass / fail criteria for selection at the pre-qualification stage will be set out in the PQQ and must be passed in order for applicants to proceed to the tender stage. The discretionary criteria will also be outlined in the PQQ. The authority will review this information alongside any discretionary criteria prior to the award of the contract.
