The aim of the Dunkirk Jetty works is to create a new access for marina vessels from the Inner Harbour to the tidal basin and Granville Dock via the Wick Channel.

i) For Unincorporated Joint Ventures it will be necessary for each member of the group to sign an undertaking that they will be jointly and severally bound for the due performance of the contract.
(ii) For Single Legal Entities/Incorporated Joint Ventures submitting an acceptable offer, the consortium must provide a Corporate statement of intent to form itself into a single legal entity before any contract can be awarded.
The Contractor must state in its expression of interest to this Contract Notice whether it is an Incorporated Joint Venture (stating the date of Incorporation) or an Unincorporated Joint Venture (Joint and Several Liability). In the case of an Unincorporated Joint Venture (Joint and Several Liability) the Contractor must also confirm the names of all the contracting entities with the Employer should they be selected to tender.

Candidates shall note that the date indicated in Sections IV.3.3 of this notice is the date of issuing the invitation to submit tenders to those who are shortlisted following the completion of the pre-qualification process.
Candidates may express their interest in participating in the selection and the award procedures for the contract concerned in this notice. Candidates may notify the Board of their expression of interest by no later than 12 noon on 18.8.2014. Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will be issued to such candidates. The candidates shall acknowledge that the Board does not warrant that the PQQ will be sent to them on the same day of their notification of expression of interest to the Board.
