Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd Cyfyngedig (CCG) is a registered provider of social housing which came into being in April 2010 following transfer of Gwynedd Council’s housing stock of 6 258 properties located throughout the whole of Gwynedd. We are now embarking on the 2nd phase of our investment works to maintain the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). This investment follows on from the initial 120 000 000 GBP investment works that has been undertaken to reach the WHQS.
CCG are looking to appoint Service Providers to a Framework to undertake reactive and planned heating investment works which will entail the installation or replacement of full or partial heating appliances (gas, oil, solid fuel and renewables, electric storage heaters, electric fires) for its large scale investment works.
