Cathcart and District Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors for our Reactive Maintenance Contract for Electrical, Joinery and Plumbing services. The contract will also include void turnover works (approx 50 voids per annum) and a 365 day a year emergency call out service outside working hours.
