ANCHO Ltd intend to enter into a contract with one contractor to provide their Reactive Maintenance construction solutions for the period 1.4.2013 to 31.3.2016 (with an option to extend by a further year to 31.3.2017).
ANCHO Ltd currently own circa 704Nr properties, in addition to managing 250Nr privately owned properties, (stock is a mix of flats, houses and maisonettes). The majority of these properties are located in Irvine (Ayrshire, United Kingdom), however there are various other properties in the surrounding local authority areas.
The successful Contractor will be required to provide reactive repairs and maintenance construction services to these properties for the duration of the Contract.
It is envisaged that the Contract will commence on 1.4.2013, for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend by a further year: all subject to an annual review.
