Thirteen Group seek a sales consultancy (the ‘service provider’) to deliver a sales service on a new development located at High Stakesby Road, Whitby which will be an exciting new development in the northern outskirts of this popular seaside town.

The site is due to start construction in the coming months with the first completions due in March and April 2018. The last completions will be March 2020.

There are 190 homes on The Groups site including 2 bedroom bungalows and houses and 3 and 4 bed houses. 119 will be for home ownership with delivery expected of 40 units per year.
