Southern Water is seeking to appoint 1 or more suppliers under a Framework Agreement for the supply of Real Time Systems Maintenance and Development Services. The scope of these services includes but is not limited to: delivery of replacement SCADA and PLC control systems at the most critical business applications; installation of additional asset monitoring equipment (instrumentation) including plant performance, electricity consumption and flow monitoring as well as remote control of sites across water and wastewater functions; and the implementation of industry-leading information systems to support decision making.

Southern Water is seeking to appoint one or more suppliers under a Framework Agreement for the supply of Real Time Systems Maintenance and Development Services. The scope of these services includes but is not limited to: delivery of replacement SCADA and PLC control systems at the most critical business applications; installation of additional asset monitoring equipment (instrumentation) including plant performance, electricity consumption and flow monitoring as well as remote control of sites across water and wastewater functions; and the implementation of industry-leading information systems to support decision making and the optimisation of our assets operation across the Southern Water region:
— Lot 1 — Overall Programme Co-ordination and outline design;
— Lot 2 — SCADA Software and Installation;
— Lot 3 — Specialist applications and analytical capability;
— Lot 4 — Site Installation works;
— Lot 5 — Supply of telemetry outstations and field instrumentation.
Southern Water reserves the right to award 1 or more Framework agreement/s under each Lot and to combine Lots as appropriate into 1 or more agreement(s) depending on the responses received to the OJEU notice. Southern Water also reserves the right to make no award as a result of this procurement process, or may award Lots in part or in whole.
