Aneurin Bevan University Health Board are seeking a senior programme manager.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Programme Manager within the E-Systems Workforce Team of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board for an initial period of 6-months.

The University Health Board are seeking someone who is determined and looking for a new challenge to provide senior leadership and management for the e-workforce systems projects.

Reporting to the Director of Workforce & Organisational Development and to the Workforce Information Systems Programme Board, the Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the successful implementation of the E-workforce systems programme across all clinical wards and departments within the University Health Board.

The candidate will have line management responsibility for the E-systems Project Managers and the Implementation Teams.

This post is designed to ensure the effective delivery and functioning of the existing E-Systems projects and implement the new projects planned over the next 6 months including the implementation of Electronic Staff Record 2, the implementation of the BankStaff roster system and on-going review and management of the e-expenses contract.

Ideally the candidate will be an experienced e-systems programme manager with a demonstrable experience in managing teams and leading change; have a drive and passion for improving services and ensuring the projects are delivered both on time and within the delegated budget. The candidate will also need to be able to demonstrate close fit with the values and behaviours framework of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
